ummmm, 13 media sources scored it a hendricks win
only 3 scored it a lawler win?..

seriously?.lawler did nothing but look gassed and stand there and get dominated for the vast majority of the fight??so you say hendricks stalled?..well lawyer just stood there?.kick, you should watch the fight again?

using the reasoning that was used when hendricks laughably lost to the champ?gsp?..that you've got to beat the champ convincgly to get a decision?..well, lawler in now way beat him convincingly?..

Sure you could say Hendricks won, it was a super close fight.

To say it was a fix is laughable.

Super close fight. I can see how Henderson won, and I can see why Lawler won.

It was super close.

I have no clue why you think the fight was fixed, it was simply a close fight.

A fixed fight is when it is obvious who won, this was not one of those fights.

As I said I scored it a draw.

just watched it ... thought Hendricks won ... think they gave the last 30 seconds to Lawler to slant too much ,,, and the judge that went 49-46 should be banned

I would love to see Lawler vs Diaz. That was a great first fight and it would give Lawler a chance to KO Diaz and shut him up.

Thought the fight was close and one that neither guy could complain about if they lost.

Was a weird fight. Lawler came out with bad intentions and was looking for the first round stoppage.
Then he he slowed down and Hendricks starting throwing some great combo's and leg kicks. As I was watching I thought this kid is looking great and he seems composed.
Then Hendricks abandons that and goes clinch mode/head between legs. I thought at the time he was maybe trying to wear Lawler out with grappling then go back to the combo's or maybe he had hurt his foot or hand. But he just wore himself out.
Then Lawler goes might as well as just hit him here and begins to take over and Hendricks was clearly struggling at the end.

I personally at the time of the fight thought Hendricks won but I only watched it once. Seemed like a Pride way of scoring a fight.

I'm all for a 3rd fight but not yet. Need to keep the division moving along and the fan interest there. Lawler vs Rory next please

Lawler vs Hendrix 3 in Dallas

Kick did you hear about the lockerroom brawl?
Did rogan touch on that?

I have vid of the decision our whole section was ATT, we went crazy. Needless to say I was surprised

Hendrix didn't do much with those take downs...

Nothing will ever shut up any Diaz.

And yep, super close fight.

It was weird that Lawler came out possessed, then went comatose, then went bat shit crazy, very weird:shrug:

I think any questions regarding the decision are valid...it was close and all rounds weren`t necessarily clearly won(I thought that the 2nd and 3rd belonged to Hendricks and the 5th was clearly lawler)....

I would have leaned lawler in the first......the 4th for me was the rub...Hendricks did some work for about 2/3`s of the beginning of the round and then went rip van winkle for the rest of the fight(it was as though the melatonin that lawler took in rounds 2,3 and some of 4 was magically transferred to Hendricks via osmosis) ..

I`m happy for lawler because the guy paid his dues and basically transformed himself from a one dimensional gatekeeper to a one dimensional contender...and a pretty good one at that.....guy is as game as they come....

if anybody disagrees with my assessment,it`s all good...weird,weird momentum shifts.....

this weekend is a biggie....2 ufc cards and a wsof event.....not to mention boxing galore on hbo and showtime....:grins:
