Fight Card
--------------------------------------------------------------

Ronda Rousey vs. Bethe Correia
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Mauricio Rua
Fernando Bruno vs. Glaico Franca
Dileno Lopes vs. Reginaldo Vieira
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Stefan Struve
Soa Palelei vs. Antonio Silva

Anybody that knows anything about MMA knows the main event is a joke, but some other fights are interesting.

This could be the "retirement card"......

Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Mauricio Rua, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Stefan Struve could all be retiring after this event:scared

As of right now if Bethe Correia wins it will be the 2nd biggest upset in MMA history (in terms of odds).

Bethe currently at +1075 odds right now.

Biggest upsets......

(+1350) Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou upsets Antonio Rogerio Nogueira
(+975) Emanuel Newton upsets Muhammed ?King Mo? Lawal
(+925) Larue Burley upsets Bubba Jenkins
(+800) Will Brooks upsets Michael Chandler
(+765) T.J. Dillashaw upsets Renan Barao
(+750) Joey Beltran upsets Rolles Gracie
(+735) Johnny Eduardo upsets Eddie Wineland

Nothing I'd like more then to see Ronda get her head knocked off, not because I hate Ronda but just want to see the Zuffa staff faces when Ronda lost. They stand to make about 98 trillion dollars with the Cyborg/Ronda fight so it would be hilarious to see their reaction:142smilie

This has the potential to be a fun card. Now the main event is a no no. Correia is probably one of the weakest challengers to RR.

Lil Nog/ Rua
Bigfoot/ Soa
Big Nog/ Struve

All 3 of these fights could be fun to watch even if none are top talent anymore

from the golden age of Brazilian mma....:toast:..bigfoot at +170?...I may take a chance, glass jaw and all...hell he hung in with mark hunt...gimme a little time to decide...gotta figure whether palelei is as good as his record(a loss to eddie sanchez and a 1st round k.o. loss to cormier)..."beefoo" has had his moments against some tough guys(although the safest way to go would be to use the "fight doesn`t go the distance" prop in a par).............

gadelha went from -265 to -360 to -320 and now all the way up to -400...I respect aguilar...this won`t be an easy fight for gadelha....... but I like gadelha here because of what I saw vs jedrejczyk ....she has quality wins(over tiburcio, who beat excellent michelle waterson)....she also beat hamasaki, who beat tiburcio and a split win over Letourneau, who often fights 135 pounders)...and she`s at home so I used her in some pars at -265....

struve/big nog and "beefoo"/palelei look like itd fights.....unfortunately,the possibility of a fatality in one or the other isn`t all that far fetched....

I took Palelei/ Silva U1.5 rounds at -178. I normally like my over/unders to be better odds but these two guys are huge strong dudes who can really hit hard. And one of them lost his chin a long time ago.

Gadelha maybe the favorite versus Aguilar but I think the odds are well off in this fight to the point I'm considering the dog in this one even though Gadelha has home field advantage. Aguilar has wins over the excellent Megumi Fuji who up until Joanna came on the scene was probably the greatest female ever at this weight. This is a very close fight on paper. Wish this was a 5 rounder...

and getting more so by the day...it`s now -450/+360 and I don`t like that........I might hedge some....I parred gadelha with gomi/lauzon doesn`t go the distance and rousey itd getting 1.2 for every 1 I bet..........I still like gadelha in brazil but hedging makes some sense given aguilar`s grappling...she has solid top game...I`d hate to get wrestle-fucked and have the gadelha pars take a chunk out of what looks like easy money with the rousey itd par kickers.......I`ll still lose some money on the gadelha pars if she loses but a small hedge would make it easier to swallow...

I have to say that after watching the one hour promo show on fox sports 1,correia sure looks like she`s partial to the juice...I`m getting a cyborg vibe from that face and voice.... that said,i doubt even walking into the cage with a live amphetamine i.v.drip strapped to her ass could help her here...

don`t f-ck us,rousey....

I'm getting a feeling that ronda read this thread and wants to throw a wrench into kickserv's lock

she'll toy with bethe and make kick lose by one excruciating second :SIB
