One of the worst injuries in history of sports, I can only think that was harder to watch and that was the Clint Malarchuk injury.
Besides that one I can't think of one worse then that, maybe that NCAA basketball player like 5 years ago who had his bone come through his skin, that was bad to watch.
Weidman is done, what a sad way to retire.
That has to be the worst possible way to retire from your sport.
Although Clint Malarchuk came back from death and played hockey again, but not sure Weidman can come back from that.
