ngannou deserved the win...he adapted while gane fought like he was scared to death....then gane gets top control early in the 5th(the round that inevitably decided the fight) and went for a leg lock?....doh !!...actually he did something with his feet while on top that actually allowed ngannou to easily sweep him....just a really poor all around effort from gane...
that gane style would not represent the division well....you could count the punches gane threw through 4 rounds on both hands...he may as well have put them in his pockets...
