would have been a perfect night if okami hadn`t decided to take a 2 round vacation.....

i`m always amazed by what i see in combat sports...be it boxing or mma....

i`m sure okami saw silva attack franklin from the opening bell....discombobulating him through sheer pressure...

what does okami do?...a guy with very pedestrian stand-up skills(and i`m being kind)?...

he stands outside of course and gets into a 2 round chess match with a more skilled boxer....

finally...in round 3,he asserts some pressure and came within a whisker of a submission....

why train hard for 6 weeks if winning isn`t the only goal?.....

was he in it for a pay check?...did he think he was gonna out-box the quicker,better boxer?....

i`m flummoxed....i had a very good day after losing in boxing last week....i`m not complaining....

uhhh,yeah...i am... i`m bewildered...

i just wonder what this guy`s "team" was doing for 6 weeks?...

gameplan,guys?...maybe try and figure out the "best" way to beat your opponent?...

a great example was forrest griffin totally drubbing the hispanic dude....perfect gameplan...masterfully executed....

Weese that is a heart breaker. I thought for sure Franklin would tap. I had to turn away. Looks like you watched the same fight i did.

LOL, Sponge I turend my head as well.

One of the reasons this card was weak was because it was suppose to be free on Spike but a something fell thru a few weeks ago and they had to move it to pay per view.

My shoulder has been killing me for some reason and when he had Franklins arm all twisted i kinda felt a ping in mine. Lay im not sure if you ever saw the one Crazy Horse fight (the black crazy horse) but it was like that one. I couldn't even believe after he got out of it he even threw some punches with it.:shrug:
