I thought Vera did enough to win but made it tough on himself. The only time he was in any danger was at the end of the 1st. Other than that I don't know what you could say Jardine did to win that fight......

i`m watching vera on t.v. and now i realize why he was fighting at heavyweight.....he looks horrible at 205......
he has no strength...no energy.....
he`s a guy without a weight class...can`t maintain his strength and muscle tone at 205...and can`t compete with the big boys at heavyweight...
i think the weight drain is why he`s looked so bad in some fights..he was finishing heavyweights....at 205,he`s just trying to survive....no oomph....

Vera takes lead as most overrated fighter in UFC :142smilie maybe he should keep goin down in weight........... go on down to 185 if you're gonna weigh in at 203 w/o cutting any weight

Does anybody else dvr these things and wait about an hour to start watching? So pathetic the amount of dead time in these UFC "events". I started watching tonight 75 minutes in and caught up to live BEFORE the title fight.
PS Knowing no results and no lines before watching, I picked every televised fight correctly tonight. The Dean of Mean is one of my favorites.

SixFive.........no "dead time" in UFC pay per views....but if you are watching a UFC event (or Elite XC) on free tv....you get 976 commercials. Gotta have all those commercials to pay Kimblo:mj07:
