I actually did a double take when I heard that. I tried to think of WTF part of the fight Cole looked good in, then I remembered the judges are retards and moved on.
Try and watch the fights a little more closely Gary. In the very first round Cole had a mean look when he charge Winman. I think that is what that one judge saw :facepalm:
watched the fights last night. Hard to dodge these threads for a whole day not to see the results. Hominick beat a stiff and never stopped one kick. Not something u want to do with Aldo. Nice hands tho. I think aldo is a tad overrated and don't think he has the greatest of hands so the kid has a chance but if he is gonna take Aldo's kicks like he took Roops he is in trouble. Barry i couldn't believe how bad his hands looked. Gullard to me looked like the easiest pick on the board but the guy is a head case and quits. That is why i thought Dunham would take his heart. Not to sound racist but like JR said speed kills these tough white plodders. Makes me wonder if Sherk hits like a pussy. Meathead beat a stiff but it is really nice to see a guy improve his craft. U don't play in the NFL without having some athletic ability. I don't think he should move up just yet. A guy like Nelson would just own him on the ground. Maybe a guy like Struve would be a nice fight. I didn't see the prelims but i see Mike Brown lost again. Time to hang them up Mike. Kick get up the Feb 5th card. Can't wait for that card.
The kicks could be where Aldo breaks down Hominick. The way I see that fight is Hominick may be the better technically sound striker but Aldo hits way harder. Plus those kicks and knee are brutal
