that was a solid technical fight on both ends.....I couldn`t have scored it...it was a coin toss,imo...
seems like we see time and again a takedown or two is scored much more emphatically than excellent or diverse striking.....
I think that whatever rule-making body exists(assoc. of boxing commissions?) needs to revisit the way non-productive takedowns are scored....

Gift fight is done...........Conor has one good win in UFC (Dustin Poirier) and now he fights for a title which is a joke, but hey money talks.
Edgar and Aldo will destroy Conor.
It will be fun to see Aldo destroy Conor.
Props to Conor for hyping himself, UFC did a great job protecting him from top fighters, now he will get exposed........BADLY.

McGregor is so confident...he`ll be tough to beat in a stand-up fight...I don`t understand why a guy like siver would fight at a distance instead of moving inside(that was his only chance).....he stood outside and took a beating....I think that Poirier and siver were both intimidated....can McGregor intimidate aldo?...well,seems that train has already left the station...:lol:..the game is on...

That really stunk. I watched the fight and was sure it was 3-0 Spencer. MAYBE MAYBE the second round to Pendred, but holy crap that was an awful decision. I thought I was being punked, and for a split second thought Spencer's nickname was something that sounded like "Caaaaaaaathaaaaaal"
Idk if you saw before Buffer called out the decision, one of Spencer's cornermen looked at the decision, smirked, and patted Buffer on the back or butt. I thought for sure that was a win.
