No.......not bad luck....anybody that bets on somebody at those odds is dumb.

one thing I took away from this was that miesha tate really is a student of the game....the one knock I have with women`s mma is that most can`t punch their way out of a paper bag....they can`t generate much power...I figured it was mostly physiological...but somebody (between her last fight and this one) showed tate how to plant her feet and rotate her hips and shoulders instead of the usual arm punches you see from the women...
she was getting peppered by eye`s pitty-pats(and her face got reddened) but she kept throwing that big right hand and it landed once flush in the first...all Jessica`s hard work erased in the blink of an eye :rimshot

she may never be able to beat rousey...but she`s a much more dangerous fighter now...add the power to her ground game and she`s a much tougher out(and she was pretty dogged to begin with)..
