I am about to blow Kickserv's mind:

TO WIN:
Andy Roddick (30-1) for 20 wins 600.
:scared -- Yeah I said it. A-Rod to win it all. I am not impressed with the way Nadal or Fed are really playing and odds on Murry are just to low.

Also:
Robin Soderling (20-1) for 20 wins 400

clearly BJ Penn is posting in this thread, no way kegray would ever bet on Roddick to beat Betty White, let alone to win a tourney.

Get outta here BJ:mj17:

Next thing ya know kegray will be betting on some :canada1 to win a match.

Or Bonnar to beat Coleman

And to get serious for a sec......I have not seen an O/U for Bennateau's 1st round match, but you have to love the over in that match, that should be a 4 hour battle.

It is time for an american to do it on US soil since Benneteau has such a tough draw I figure Roddick caught a break.

True.......True....when the draw comes out all 127 players look at the draw and see where Benneteau is:D

Oh and by the way, trust me when I tell you, when you here a player say "I haven't looked at the draw"....it is 100 percent :bsflag

Even worse when a guy says....."I didn't look ahead in the draw".....more.....

:bsflag

I could give you 5 good reasons why you must look at the draw, but I assure you, it is B.S. when they say "I didn't look at the draw".

Just like when an NBA player says "I didn't know that scoring bonus was in my contract":D

What has happened to Dmitry Tursunov??

he has hardly played this year and his game fell off after a very solid 2008.
He is +320 in round 1 vs Melzer who he is 2-0 lifetime vs but scared by lack of action this year.

Not sure I see much tomorrow in the way of dogs but I do like one on Tuesday:

Frederico Gil (+424) over John Isner for 40 wins 169.60 :scared :scared

Wow I am not sure about Isner's feet these days and Gil has shown that he can handle big serve guys anyway.

Isner is way overhyped and sore feet on hot surface is never fun.

Dmitry Tursunov was hurt and his "PR" ranking recently expired. That is why he has barely played. He was lucky enough to get into US Open directly because of his "PR" ranking.

I do have 1 dog play tomorrow that I thought was on Tuesday:

Simon Greul (+425) over Richard Gasquet for 25 wins 106.25 -- Greul beat him earlier this year and Gasquet has not gotten out of US Open round 1 the last 2 years and only won 1 match the year before.
Not his tournament.

Like the Simon Greul play, worth a shot at those odds. Only problem is that when Gasquet is on, he is on. Then again, when he is off....he is off:scared

Hmmm... er, how bout "Where's the fans?"

Hmmm... er, how bout "Where's the fans?"

18 posts in this thread before 1 single ball has even been hit. :scared

Welcome to the club, Keg. I had 70 VIEWS, BUT 95%+ were MINE too. :142smilie

Hey, don't feel badly.. I got my repliers listed on the back of a stinkin postage stamp. :mj07:

I guess footsballers and (maybe) basebawlers rule, ESP. this time of the year. Oh well. Looking forward to college FB, ya get PLENTY of action (views AND RESPONSES) out there in them there FB forums IF you can hold your own picking them college dudes. My overall record is much better with the tennis players, but I'll give the college ballers a go again - last season was my bestest CFB season ever so maybe I can do something with that sport again this season. I almost never bother with NFLers though.

Not sure if it was you or Kick's post, but I'm luvin that "Dementieva goes further than Zvonareva" play. Great odds too. Man, she musta put a tremendous amount of work to get her head straightened out asfaras serving goes. She hits ground strokes as well or better than any of the other ladies out there fosho.

edited--> forgot to mention that I saw Clister's match vs. a player that's not even ranked 100. Man oh man, it started to look like Clister's was about ready to lay ANOTHER stink bomb again. She was down big time in that 2nd set. I guess she had second thoughts about laying that egg today and stormed back to take the second set and save the stink bomb for another day :)

Keep the tennis folks happy, wherever thems at, Keg/Kick. And I gotta mention it again.... I'm steering clear of the Head Cases to win it all... like SAFINA for instance. Yellin n Screemin out there like a maniac.. oh, and losing too. :)

Gotta clarify

Gotta clarify

Opps... over 95% of the REPLIES were mine.

(gotta keep the record straight) but thank Kick for saving the day for me even if his reply didn't mention anything about tennis in it.

It pains me to say it but I think Stepanek is a solid play at +160 over Julien. Julien has played well of late but Radek is 2-1 vs. Julien and Julien's 1 win was on clay.
This should be toss up so the play would be Stepanek.

I just can't pull the trigger against Julien.
Also it seems Julien flops whenever he is a nice size fav.

Got my one play tomorrow:

Frederico Gil (+424) over John Isner for 40 wins 169.60

Adding following:

Fabio Fognini (+505) over Fernando Verdasco for 20 wins 101. -- Fognini ousted Fernando in 1stR of Wimb. so why not again?

This one is a no brainer to me:

Pablo Cuevas (-120) over Julio Silva for 120 wins 100. WINNER +100

i watched radeks last match, a loss

the commentator he's been alternating wins and losses

he cant put two wins together, so maybe that bodes well for him

u can bet on benneteau to win first set as a hedge, radek likes dropping those
