Hudson Valley area.....NY
UTSA -4.5 over Sam Houston ******
Think Roadrunners are a much better team, have won 8 of last 10 and are at home...have no idea if anyone is coming out tonite to cheer them on ...UT lost there top scorer in Jivan...he came off the bench and was instant offense..but this team played in a tougher conference Conf USA... Houston lost its last 2 regular season games but have played well in post season...I got so see North Texas beat them by 1 last month...but there is some talent on this team..they play fast all the time.. DiNicola is the Italian kid that can shoot and pass...Allen is the big strong center-fd who is tough inside..but their best player is 6'6 Frohnen who drives to the basket all day...love this kid...he might not show up in the boxscores but he avg 7 pt a nd 7 bds...he attacks almost every time he has the ball...Lyle is a 6'5 gd who can score...he had a big game the other nite..Wallace is the 6'3 freshman lefty who can drive, shoot and create his own shot...in 3 years he will be a stud...Wilborn is 6'3 and avgs 8 pts a game...and I can't remember him at all...at least I remember 5 of 6...
Houston beat EMU after leading throughout but hung on to get a win..but that was at home. Houston is 4-9 on the rd where UTSA is 12-3 at home...Roadrunners play quick and with their gds will out run Sam H inside Houston is small and with Allen and his long wild hair and Frohnen inside think they dominate the paint..but Roadrunners gds are all 6'3,6'3,6'3 and 6'5...and they all play..a lot of depth...Roadrunners get a double digit win at home...and UTSA already beat WKU,Marshall and UAB...

Kentucky -5 over KSU ***
Very young but Cats are to fast and big for KSU to hang afound with them for 4o minutes...and KSU's best player is questionable ..eve if wade was 100% they would be in trouble...

Nev -1 over Loy Mary ***
Think the dance is over for the Ramblers and the nun...Caleb is a little to much...

Texas AM +3 over Michigan ****
I played Texas AM to win it all in November..big prop bet..they started out 11-2 os something like that..then everything went wrong...suspensions,injuries,etc..but they are back..they destroyed NC...Davis,Gilder,Hoggs,Wilson,etc...Michigan playing so well...Aggies beat them straight up...will look at moneyl ine later

Zaga -6 over FSU **
Like Zaga but FSU has inside players that can challenge the paint..Zaga likes to beat people inside but tonite could be tough..think somehow Zaga wins and covers by a few..small play though...

strongest play UTSA Roadrunners

Missed you posting yesterday, I was thinking you'd have a good play on your alma mater.

I went on my own with the Mean Green and the over, but would have felt more confident with your opinion. They've been rolling as of late.

Good Luck tonight.

can't recall the last time you put up a bagel Box, get 'em back tomorrow and again over the weekend!

Seems like this tourney's kicking everyone's ass....

Obviously you blindly tailed Box and decide to rub salt in his wounds after a rough night for both of you (think you were more being nice, but why even comment)... I would be more cordial myself as everyone has rough nights.

Don't think anyone saw Kentucky coming out tighter than a bridge bolt and being down 13-1 early and these games have been crazy...

DD, Box is the best college hoops capper on here without question, doesn't mean games always land the way they "should". I was encouraging him, not rubbing salt in anything. Just want him to keep doing what he does. He has keen insights and I appreciate him sharing those with us....was also just underscoring how unpredictable this tourney is (as it often is) and how it's mostly kicking everybody's ass. How are YOUR brackets looking?
