Vijays putting is beyond dreadful. How many times can you 3 putt from inside 20 feet?:(

Not too happy with his putting. Although he's still tied with John Rollins in my first round matchup with three holes to go. Hopefully he can close this out and make a putt or two on the last three.

BTW, dreadful first round in my European matches. I'm going to need big time mojo to come back in some of those matches.

the putting is truly remarkable. I bitch sometimes about guys putting, but if you guys have a chance go through his putting per hole on shot tracker. Its not a reach to say he could easily be 3 or 4 under, with a decent putting day.

Right on cue, his third three putt in a 5 hole stretch  At least on one hole he was able to make par.

Round 2 play (4pts):

Kent Jones to beat Steve Lowery -105 @ Pinnacle [also available @ Five Dimes, The Greek and WSEX]
Jones lost his Tour Card last year, but he could be set for a return next year via the Nationwide Tour: he currently ranks 33rd in the Money List after finishes of 9th, 6th, 19th and 27th and has only played half as many events as the players leading the Money List. His confidence should be high and he could easily maintain his current 11th place finish on the leaderboard. By contrast, Lowery has been struggling badly on the PGA Tour, hardly missing an event - he has played in 12 events already - and making the cut just four times with a best finish of 47th. He currently lies 3rd after the first round, but the pressure of making this the week that he earns a large amount of money to re-kindle his chances of retaining his Card will impact on his game as it already has done this year: in the Farmers Insurance Open, he opened with a 67, but then shot 75 in the second round; in the Northern Trust Open, he opened with a 67, but then shot 78 in the second round.

[unofficial rd2 system plays: Garcia tb Scott +128; Leonard tb Hoffman +124; Levin tb Leishman +100; Jacobson tb Jones M -120; Letzig tb Maggert -105]

FYI

FYI

Round 2 has been delayed 3 hours due to inclement weather.

Gives me time to get both the morning and afternoon sessions in all at the same time.

Although I'm not crazy about these rain delays and possible split sessions for the afternoon guys.

Nonetheless, I'm going crazy playing every match. 28 in all.
Stan's going to hate me computing all this.

Btw, Stan, is it a pain to compute some of my matches when I occasionally throw in some + 1/2 strokes and rarely the - 1/2 stroke. If so, I can always just play or quote the straight up line.
I just figured I should list what I actually played.

Let me know. Thanks.

Not sure if anyone was listening on xm radio.. basically vijay ran his chip shot by 20 feet off the green, needed par to make the cut (possibly) and to win our bet and he chipped in for par :scared

Never in doubt
