Isn't that what you MMA guys like? Short and brutal fights? Pacquiao's talent level was just way above Hatton's but Hatton has some quality wins in his career. You realize these guys made 12 million each tonight? Must not be in to much trouble. It would take most MMA fighters 20-50fights to make that much. Take that negative talk somewhere else.

Emanuel Steward, who will be doing expert analysis for the PPV commentary, gives Hatton a great chance and sees a full-distance fight with "lots of crisp exchanges". When the fighters get in the ring Hatton will have a "real-strength advantage of seven, eight pounds," Steward said. "That cannot be underestimated." My feelings on the fight are unchanged. this kind of blow-out is pretty much shocking to some solid boxing people...

I take back what I said....for that kind of money I wouldn't care what I looked like.
And fwiw I wasn't attacking Hatton's character, I just thought that a dude that was 45-1 would actually looked like he belonged, that's all.

Sometimes you throw a good fighter against a great fighter and he gets tore and up made to look like trash. That's basically what happened tonight. Pacquiao's hands are just to fast and with pop in them.
True, true....can't argue with ya there, that makes sense.
And I am the first to admit that I know crap about boxing, but it sure didn't look like Hatton had a game plan? Either he didn't do what his trainers told him or his trainers didn't know shit, but he sure wasn't ready for that fight.
I mean isn't it common sense that if a guy has fast hands you should cover up? I mean his hands were low and he wasn't covering up? I mean he got smoked but he looked stupid as well.

And what must Manny do to make him THAT good. He left Hatton for dead in round 2, took the "bigger" Floyd 10 rounds. . Fukk, yeah he's that good.
Hatton either has to retire or never fight a southpaw ever again. I will give him credit tho. I think but im not positive, Ricky hurt Pac to the body once. Do they test for steroids in boxing? Pac seems to get stronger the bigger he gets. Hand wise.
