I feel the same way Jack. I went over July 4th weekend and its not what it used to be. I didn't even gamble that much. 6-5 blackjack everywhere roulette wheels with 0,00,000, they can't mess with craps so I shot craps most of my time gambling. Now they have sports gambling in Louisiana I can drive there 2 hours away, room is always comped, spend a couple nights and drive home. much better experience

I have locals that I can get comp nights too. They all suck here.

just avoid the strip... there are lots of nice areas; i.e. Henderson, Summerlin, Fremont St. check out South Lake Tahoe (in the summer) you would love it there...

Jack, what are you playing in video poker. I am just starting to play and it very confusing with all the different types of game available.
Which is the best value to play? Jacks or better, jokers wild, dueces wild? Any specific pay table?
