Admittedly I'm taking a shot here on Kafka not being as mobile as normal. If not that really hurts the NW offense. Also the Wildcats only crossed the endzone once vs Penn St and expect a similar outing here. They seem to have a knack for racking up some yardage but have trouble getting into the end zone in general with only 3 TDs against the two decent teams that they have faced recently.

With OSU on deck I would think that Ferentz keeps the playbook simple and just puts this one on his defense. I think the Hawkeyes win this one in a real yawner.

The weather looks like its going to be great almost everywhere saturday.

thanks for the reply, Spang.

Looks as if Kafka- I can see all his egghead teammates calling him Franz constantly--will be playing.
Understand all your reasons for liking the under here; but something tells me there will be a lot of points scored in this one. Probably a pass for me now as I've found a few other plays that I like more. But its always hard for me to be at a game without action on it...:142smilie
There is always the cell phone and the 2nd half, right?

I hope Kent hits for you Spang - I just cannot do it based on that line being so low, but the fact that it went to 3- makes me feel better for you.

Thanks for the comments all. I was away most of the weekend and couldn't respond or update the record. Went 6-4 but lost the big one for -4.6. Have yet to have two nice weeks in a row.
