Time flies, you're one of the guys from the past.

Ask them about the live casino, a lot of books use 3rd party for their live casino and they have to turn that on separately for their players.

Hey Guys!

Hey everyone,

I would like to take a moment and introduce myself, my name is Tony and I am the general manager at BetJOE.com

I will be personally handling this forum account so don't be shy if you have any questions or suggestions for our site to let me know and I will do my best to help you guys out ASAP.

A quick little background on BetJOE, we are a "new" online sportsbook/casino thats been in development for some time and have just started advertising across a few forums.

The team behind BetJOE has many years of experience in the industry working for other sportsbooks in the past.

We decided on using the UltraPlay betting platform which is mostly geared towards European/Asian style and provides excellent eSports coverage. We have modified the look/feel and options (teasers/pleasers) to give a hybrid experience of old school North American style betting with a European style layout.


I noticed there are a couple questions regarding our site, and some comments (not all positive!) but I will try and address them all in following posts.

We are licensed through our provider UltraPlay via the government of Curacao.

Needless to say, we all know licensing and "being legit" are two different things in the real world.

Many operations have been licensed and turn out to be stiffs, only time will tell and we will prove ourselves.

We are here for the long term.

Live Chat does work, what browser/device are you using? Was it a mobile? There may have been a compatibility issue.

Email is handled through our ticket system, can you give me your ticket # and I will look into why you did not receive a response.

You are correct, we do not have a phone number at the moment. All our support is done through email and live chat for the moment. We will be deploying additional mediums of communication in the coming weeks including a 24/7 telegram group which will provide instant customer support to all our customers.

This is a good thing because the "live chat/live help" chat window always reads "Chat Offline
Please leave a message and we'll get back to you shortly."

With no phone number and no "live chat", the only way to communicate with BetJOE is via e-mail or in this thread.
