I see your ticket, we did respond several days ago we are having a slight issue with @yahoo.com emails bouncing back.

Their system blocked our emails because of the automated replies from our help desk.

We are fixing the situation.

hello Tony, i just see Betjoe that giving huge bonus and because i didnt find something wrong about them , i register and deposit 500 dollars via bitcoin, i recieve 500dollar bonus and i start playing , after one week i have complete my rollover and i have 10400 dollars in my account since then their support answer at my emails , they told me about my rollover they asked me about my documents , everything looks perfect. But when i try to request my money they stop answer at my emails for 4 days i sent them over 25 emails and i didnt recieve any answer from them, and after 4 days they answer me and told me that my emails goes at spam and sorry for the delay.. so i start believe again that i will recieve my money, and they told me to request again my payout and they will pay me in a few moments. i did again my payout and since then two days and no answer and for sure my payout is still pending .
