Increase the font size on your browser
I've tried that and it has no effect, whether it be set to Largest, Smallest or anything in-between. I can change the font on most other websites, but on here it does nothing. Maybe with Netscape it would override the default settings here? (Ugh...haven't used Netscape in a long time, it's not even installed on this computer).

I guess I ~could~ change my resolution to something like 600x480, but I really don't want to do that. Then I'd have to change that back to view anything else.

Hey guys...I know you're working on it...but no changes are visible here yet since my last posting - except that I now have to log on every time. I can live with that, it's not big deal. I'm more concerned about the tiny font size and how to make things bigger and easier on the eyes.

Also, I may have missed it in other posts, but have your featured handicappers (Nolan etc) been axed, or do they still exist somewhere on this site?

Thanks,
GM

GM, the text is the same exact size it was on the old forum. my resolution is 1024x768, what's yours? i had to change that setting from 800x600 because the text was too big for me.

the login problem should be fixed by now.

I'm on 1024 x 768 and the text is definitely smaller than it used to be. I switched it (temporarily) to 800 x 600 and it was bigger, but I don't want to leave my computer on that setting because it makes everything else too big. (Fewer columns of a spreadsheet will be visible on-screen for example, and I don't want to be toggling back and forth between resolutions).

It sounds to me like different users are experiencing different display problems. Some here have said they have to scroll left and right to read messages. I've never experienced that problem; quite the opposite, everything is too small. I'm assuming those who have to scroll left and right have no problem with the size of the text being too small then?

Maybe it has something to do with the particular operating system or browser people are using? I'm using IE 6.0 and WinXP.

I'm also curious if anyone using this configuration (same browser and operating system) is able to change text sizes using the Size button on the browser. For me this button has no effect on this website, but works on every other site I visit. Something somewhere is forcing the setting change to be ignored here.
