ageecee , i see you posted back in august have they called anymore since then ? ilike you said they want ssn# but i'm very leary giving that to a third party [ lots of idenity thefts ] one other thing is when they called i could barely understand the girl very broken english thats when i said i would call them back . how do i know they are who they say they are ?

Yes i posted this back in August. Basically what happened i sent some money WU to Olympic. They couldnt get confirmation the money was available. I called WU and they told me the complaince board has a red flag against me sending money anywhere due to my WU activity. I use WU everytime i send money to a sportsbook. So she said we can give you the money back and in order for me to get off the list i had to send them a fax with all this info that they wanted plus a phone # where they could contact me. They would contact me within 48 hrs. I asked them can i have the phone # to the Compliance Board. They said we dont even know the number all we are told is for people like myself to send a fax with info on there and they would contact me. I have not faxed them anything so i havent talked to them.
So i been using a buddy of mine to send money whenever i send money. But i guess he will get flagged also if he gets on there list also.
after talking to a couple of sportsbooks, i wouldn't answer the questions and i wouldn't use WU anymore if they pull that crap. it's just the U.S. trying to stop money from going offshore for gambling.
WU is completely shut down to and from antigua and a few other places.

agee - neteller is a middle man type of thing where you open a account with them and it allows you to transfer funds and buy things over the internet.
Alot of ppl dont like to give out their main checking account number , but I have not had any problems with them. Takes a little getting used to but its better than sending your money to John Smith in Aruba.

Just called Olympic and they are taking deposits by WU.
Do you think the government would care if they money was being sent to the US instead of say jamaica, aruba, or any other place overseas?
Im thinking they are looking hard at WU money being sent overseas.
