I think I agree with this:

"That's no reason for you to drive over 100 mph on the interstate and then not stop."

Moran!

More importantly, whadaya think about her being with HIM!

I hate this bullshit sympathy press. That guy should have gone straight to jail.

You have never had a dog then.

This is what is wrong with cops. If they know they have you in a bad situation and they are in the right , they will sometimes refuse to do anything humane and logical to help a regular citizen.

If I was the cop.

I would have told them to lock up their car and pull it off the road.

I would have immediately told them to get the dog and get in my backseat , on the phone with the vet. I would have drove them to the vet hospital with my blue lights on going
as quickly as safe.

When I got to the vets, I would have allowed her to go in with the dog, wrote the guy a ticket for going 100 mph , and left.

Next day , name in paper as a cop hero instead of a cop asshole. Its so simple really.

I think I seen the black gloves on the cop.

Very incorrect.

But it's blatantly obvious you've never been a cop. They must factor in the crazies and the drugs. This guy was certainly acting like he was hopped up on something. AND he was just pulled over for going 100+ mph on a public road and refused to stop when multiple police cars were behind him.

It would have worked out for you this time, but in the heat of the moment with experience on your side, I think the cop was in the right (in the beginning at very least) to err on the side of caution.

I love when people like to throw out the "you've never had a dog" BULLSHIT! I know one thing. I know the difference between human lives and dogs. I don't condone animal cruelty in any way, but there is no ratio of human lives to animal lives.

What would you have done if this couple would have run your children and grand-children off the road to save his dog. You would be preaching a different sermon, for sure.

Jack -- why you gotta stir up trouble?

People didnt throw it up. I did.

Let me ask you this then.

The same situation and its the same guy and his wife. The wife is trying to keep your small child breathing while you rush to the hospital. The child is in and out of consciousness and they have the doctor on the phone.

There is little traffic looked like blinkers were flashing , he is still going 100 mph.

What would you advise the cop to do ?

BUT it's not the same situation! And the cop would NOT have handled it the same way.

What is it about Friday afternoons that gets this place hoppin'?
