Golf! (I don't walk but still good exercise for a man in his 50's)
Mowing Yard. (I do walk that and have a large yard). Do my best thinking behind a mower. Love yard work and the reward after being a cold beer with my pupps.

Golf. I love walking 18 holes. The course I belong to is long, so it is a solid 7 mile walk. Golf takes so much concentration that I forget about work and the other stresses, plus it is a great competitive outlet.

No shit, 12,320 yards is one long ass golf course. :0003

Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
6 out of 30 from free-throw

6 out of 30 from free-throw

Had not touched a basketball in 10+ years, we were in weather alert delay at water volley ball at the YMCA.

Picked up a ball dribbled it started throwing foul shots without a warm-up.

20% ....:00hour

Dirt Button? Meat Sweat? Sounds like casual sex in West Virginia hill country at a weekend family picnic.....

I know people will laugh at me but I remember thinking that this was the secret to life when I was 30.......now I am 54.........and I cant believe how much better I feel.......finding it again....

Ready................SWEATING............yes I said it..........I dont think enough people really SWEAT enough........

I was doing the treadmill for 45 minutes a day ........3 to 4 days a week the past 2 years......but I really wasnt sweating much because of a fan on the treadmill and I just wore really light clothes.......sometimes not even a shirt

About a month ago I decided to try something..........so I put on a light shirt with long sleeves......then I put on a warm up with a hood........tops and bottoms

Then did my 45 minutes...........results after a month.........Loss of about 15 lbs but what really amazed me is how much better my skin, mind and body felt and just a sense of overall well being.......

I also love to play golf and take walks at night with my dogs but I just dont sweat like I do when I started this........

Kind of silly maybe but maybe try it and see if it works for you.........and I am not running.......just walking at 3mph at a 2.5 incline while listening to music for 45 minutes.......but when I get done I am just drenched

For me it has also been an appetite suppresant as I am not really that hungry but I sure feel like eating better..........fruits, veggies and meat.........

I guess in a nutshell..............I believe we as humans dont sweat as much as we should.......when we are kids we do but as we age we don't really do it consistently............:toast:

Keep doing what you do!!

I`ve been wearing loose cloths during walks have to try some sweat material..I`ll give it a try.Tks:toast:

Includes long walks between some holes dumb-dumb. Sheez

Let's assume your course is a typical 6500 yards, but we can use 7000 knowing you play from the tips :0008

So that leaves 5,320 yards of "in between holes walking", meaning each finish of a hole and to the next tee box is 300 yards per hole?????? Damn, must take 6-7 hours per round if true.
