Yeah, but actually watch the video. It start off with a conclusion and does little back it up. I am not going to disagree that most Republicans run government terribly. And maybe could even get behind them sabotaging it. But they did not invent poor performing government.
Wow, I'm not sure you and I watched the same video. Hartmann made it abundantly clear that he's speaking to the Republican Party of the last 30 years and, in fact, praised the Republican Party of Dwight Eisenhower. He repeatedly alluded to the Republican Party of recent history that's led us to where we are now, with a corporate created Tea Party whose agenda is to convince American voters that government cannot work and must be dismantled.

I would rather see them raise the cost of postage so you truly know what it is costing you to send a letter.

We agree on that. Let the post office price their services at cost - less for densely populated areas, more for sparsely populated areas.

It looks like the USPS could do mail delivery for $.70 in urban, and $1.20 in rural, something close to that. Free pickup everywhere.

Then let UPS and FedEx see if they can do it cheaper, but they don't get to cherry pick just the high volume areas.
