Thanks Lawrence! No creatine or NO Xplode or anything while hitting the weights?

I did chest and tris today and my energy level is so low it was difficult to get the 45s up for a 2nd set.

Have hit an all time low...

Maybe in a couple weeks my levels will have improved...

Hang with it woodson...

just like most people lose their bankroll quicker than they win when gambling, same applies to losing strength when not working out as opposed to the time it takes to build it back up..

Stick with compound movements for the first few weeks, keep it simple and short...starting with isolation movements will do nothing but waste your time...

keep the workouts short, dont exceed 45 mins (squats, bench, dips and pull-ups) should be a staple in your routine throughout the week...deadlifts too, but most won't feel comfortable doing that in a gym...

your body does more growing and changing outside the gym then in it...

We've covered this before but there are new supplements out now.

I've got 30 pounds of fat (once again) to shed and about 10 pounds of muscle to put on between now and spring.

Looking for more intense workouts and quicker recovery.

Thanks in advance.

shakeology its a meal replacement it is expensive but you get what you pay for. If you want to look and just get info on it Health, energy and weight loss if thats what you are looking for.Shakeology.com/franksgym
