My only advice is to avoid soliciting advice from a motley crew of compulsive gamblers.
In all sincerity, my advice is to give her a chance. Clearly she is reaching out to you for help in some way if she is telling you all of these things so early in your relationship.

Thanks for all your suggestions and here's an update. I decided to give her some more time and see what happened. We went to a movie and dinner the next date and had a good time so I figured it could work.
The next date we finally got close and she asked me back to her apartment. I was pretty excited and made sure I had the condoms with me given her porno past. She excused herself to go to the bathroom and came out in a nice loose nightie. I got ready also and then she reached over to her nightstand drawer and pulled out a joint.
I got up, told her I'm not into drugs nor did I want to be with a druggie and I didn't want to see her again. Now before you all chastise me, she made it clear that she went to rehab and kicked the cocaine habit, and while I don't know much about rehab places I'm sure they don't put you onto other drugs to kick the habit (methadone being the exception). But I'm confident if I had let that slide the next time it would be crack rather than pot and I didn't want to go there. It also bothered me that she felt she had to get high before having sex with me.
I may have made the wrong move but it's one I'm happy with.

I've always wanted to try butt sex but never had a chance. I probably should have stuck it out for that - I believe she's done it before and didn't mind it. She also has a gorgeous ass.
