If a guy is laying $20 on a big parlay, does he have the $8000 to hedge on the Jets +4.5?

Does he have 8 gs in an account and does he have a local who will take the 8 grand bet?

That's what I was thinking. Shit, he bets $20 on a parlay and now needs 7K-8k for a hedge?

Doubt that's layin' around.

Plus he needs to find a local that'll cover?

I hope it works out for him.

RULE 64(b)

Never include the Monday Night Football game in a 10 team parlay, just make it a 9 team parlay and save yourself the trouble of figuring out how to hedge it.

buy it to +6.5 @ -150 lay 9000 to win 6000. So he either wins 6000, 7000, or middle it at 4,5,&6 and win

24,000:toast: :toast:

gl what ever u decide

I would do something like this. Maybe to win 5 k though. Risk only half the amount you could win.

Never add games on a hedge. Nothing is a sure thing. Insure it for some amount large or small and enjoy the game knowing afterwards you are going to have money in your pocket. Parleys and teasers make you look like a "degenerate" gambler. How often in life do you get a real "win Win" situation?
Wouldn't buy it up to 6.5, maybe 6 for a tie. Lot of juice and "5" is a meaningless number basically
