My host's support site goes down too. And my email doesn't work. Man I was pissed. Of course their sales site is open and always works so I thought I would start a live chat to tell them MJ's is down. No response. So I left a nasty message. I just get this about 40 minutes after the site goes back up. "rollmyfuckingeyes:

Probably an AI response. My host has great techs during the week but on weekends they suck. I usually send to the attention of two techs only but they are off weekends and some goof usually replies with the typical ‘the problem must be on your end’. 😠
