I doubt it, most can't figure out her logic.....She opens Hair Salon that have one on one contact with clients in Phase #1....Dentist who have to care for people with no mask...Dog Groomers, I can see this one...
She doesn't allow Nail Salons to open, 80% of Hair Salons do Nails....You can do their hair but not their nails, um----ok....Dentist here shut down Friday and refused to open until they can operate safely....
Mills problem is she didn't get input from our Sates Legislatures, and they are pissed....They are getting bombarded with calls and have no answers... she just went rouge and didn't ask for input from to owners/workers that were placed into Phase #1 to open.....
We were notified on Tuesday that Salons were in Phase #1 and could open for business on Friday under the states new guidelines ...We didn't receive those guidelines from the state/cdc on what the criteria was to open until Thursday morning <we are mandated by the state to operate> So we had 24 hours to redesign our shop, have supplies on hand and notify clients....Such a cluster fuck.... She'll be a one term Governor...
