cower beat billicheck 6 straight times from 93-95???
well hell that's all the analysis i need, pit it is.

dont forget this one, it's almost as relevant:
pit has 4 super bowl rings
ne only has 2......friking losers

I'm just saying that Bilicheck is made out to be the far superior coach, but he has a losing record against Cowher... When you add Le Beau in the mix, how can you say that is an advantage to NE especially when Cowher & companyowned them earlier. Just because they beat a soft Colt team, people think he is god or something...

hes won two of the last three super bowls? is the only coach in the entire league who can shut down peyton manning, coached his team to an outright win in a SB they were 17 pt dogs in, and has lost, what ---- 3 games in the last 2 years?

on the opposiing sideline, youve got a coach who has lost 3 of 4 afc championship games in which they have had home field in every one (or at least 3 of the 4)

any way you slice it, NE has better coaching.

im not arguing the other points. steelers are a good team.

but NE holds a definite coaching edge

I think Belichick is a great coach, but I like Cowher and Le beau as well... It is hard for any coach to get a ring with Korkie/Odonnel at QB. Look at Belchick with the Browns.. They didn't have a QB and he had a hard time winning... Brady is a large part of the suuccess if you ask me.. Now that the Steelers have a QB that can make the opposition actually play the pass, I like the chances.. Should be a great game either way... I'm a homer, so I hope you can overlook some of my post.. With that said, I live eat and sleep NFL football...

nothing wrong with that. as a browns fan, im envious of the position the steelers are in. afc title days for the browns seem like forever ago. and they wont be returning anytime soon. enjoy the game sunday

I think Pitt could possibly lose, but I think too many people are jumping on NE for the wrong reasons. It seems all people remember is the last game played by both teams... NE beating the Colts should have been easy to predict because of the 29th rated defense.
...
that 29th rated defence held the patriots to 6 pts in the 1sthf.so what are you talking about?the #1 offence in the league did not show up did you predict that?if everbody knew that the pats would score 20pts i think 90% of bettors would have been on the colts.that loss had nothing to do with the colts defence, infact they did better than expected.

But guys, Don`t you think this game will go under 37? An ugly cold day in January, 2 best defensive teams in the NFL, The line moved up from 35 last week to 37 this week. 2 teams with very very good running backs too work the clock, MAN this is a under bet if I ever saw one. UNDER 37 GLTA

The wildcard in this game is Roethlisberger... Everyone assumes he is going to tank this week.... If you guys are right and he can't handle NE, Ne will win... What happens if Roethlisberger has an average 95+ rating game like he has done most of the year including the first matchup?.... or at least matches the play of Brady....??????

If Pitt gets ahead early, I think it goes over

Dillon will elevate his game to show Le Beau (cincy days they were not pals) Dick can't elevate his game (not playing) big difference

Was on NE last week and Pitt this week. Why? The public is still drinking the Peyton kool-aid. NE beat up on the "mighty" Colts, so they must be unbeatable, right?

Don't get me wrong, I have a hard time betting against the Pats in any position, so my play won't be as big as last week's. But man, there is just NO justification for having a 16-1 team getting points at home. Just like there was no reason to have them as dogs vs Philly and NE in the regular season. You don't bet on QB's, you bet on teams.
