sooo... it's a music festival? yeah, isn't that the same generation that whines because they can't afford a house? fuck them. "we value EXPERIENCES over THINGS." so they spend all their money doing shit like this and then have the balls to complain they can't afford a house. whereas, and i'm guessing i'm not alone here, some of us older folks passed up on a lot of travel (and other big-ticket items) when we were younger so we could actually buy a house and have some security when we're older.
i'm not saying either way is better. i'm sure i'd have lots of awesome memories. and i'd probably be in an apartment somewhere or a house in a much worse neighborhood. but don't spend all your money on "experiences", not saving or investing, and then whine because you can't afford a house.
