I’m a registered independent, but I speak mostly on the republican side of issues, and voted for the republican ticket, so I think I count as a republican who participates. I will be participating less, tho. Just not much happening here.
I’m just thankful that the president I voted for has enacted the platform that I voted for.
The 10% market correction helps those of us who are still investing. The Sky is falling crowd makes me laugh.
Tariffs have led to a megaton of pledged global investment in the USA . Louisiana a huge winner. Two enormous plants. I am thankful. Louisiana takes a bit of a hit when gas prices are low at the pump. We need anything we can get to help offset the low fuel costs that come with a DJT presidency.
Border is tighter, deportations are ongoing. while I don’t agree with Venezuelans in El Salvador, overall we are better off on border/immigration than we were.
Russia situ looks rough, but progress has been made.
3.75 years to go. Looking forward to see how much these positive changes benefit all Americans

Citizens are getting swept up in ICE raids and thrown in jail.
The administration is ignoring court orders.
Free Speech is under attack by the POTUS.

DJT can be annoying AF, and like every POTUS, has had some missteps, but he is out here enacting the platform Americans voted for.

He brought Russia and Ukraine to the table to broker peace. Already, Naval hostilities in the Black Sea are off the table. Partial cease-fire to follow
He secured the border and removed thousands of illegals, but also sent a message to future waves of illegals that our immigrations laws are to be respected. I love that he’s yanking visas, and green cards from those who lied on their applications and support terrorist organizations and harass Jewish citizens
He has done nice work with women in sports.
Eliminated DEI and affirmative action
Reduced the bloated bureaucracy with much more to come

Thanks for the positive spin on what’s been a clusterfuck. The special elections should give us a feel for just how much everyone is happy with Trump.
Stock market is in reverse thanks to a trade war that we’re losing. Prices aren’t going down like he said. People are losing their jobs and consumer sentiment is dropping like a rock. President Peace is bombing Yemen and Putin is laughing at his efforts to broker a deal in Ukraine. He’s killing it.
