I don’t know if it has ever helped the US economy I’m not going that far back and research it. But I understand why Trump is doing it. Buy US made products and keep the money in the US and it helps businesses grow and it helps with jobs.

I know Trump is trying to clean up the fraud that is so widespread in the country. He’s already got 5 trillion in foreign investment. He’s trying to bring back jobs and manufacturing to this country. He’s closed the border. He’s doing everything we elected him for. Yea the stock market is down but guess what it will go back up. I know that’s a shocker to some . Just enjoy the next 4 years I know I will.

I guess time will tell. Me I could care less if they work. We don’t know if they will work but I’m giving Trump the benefit of the doubt. He had the benefit of the doubt. He was able to enact them and it's been backfiring. Every economist worth a shit has said this is a terrible idea that will end in recession.

The "fraud" doesn't exist. He literally fired the inspectors general that are in place to protect against fraud in government. Think about that for one minute. The problem with government agencies is that they are too careful, which adds layers of beauracracy in an effort to prevent fraud. There's always going to be waste in an entity of this size, but to wrecklessly dismantle it is beyond foolish.
