Philly 2-0 L2, both unders, Caps struggled vs Devils the other night and no way Caps should be laying nearly -300 to the Flyers, just a strong hunch Philly back doors Caps tonight, Bert!! Caps are 2-1 vs Philly this year, so this is the rubber match.
