Something tells me this is gonna come down to a 7 point game w/ Pats winning - i think the 2nd half line is pretty close to on for this one - just gonna let the +8 ride - have a small Jax +300 ML play so hoping they can pull the upset - but i'm sure Pats find a way to win the playoff game at home - nobody gave the Jags much of a shot so i played them more on a play against the pats as the +8 i thought was one of the most inflated lines - although Jax hasn't gotten into end zone yet - and they need to eliminate penalties and start scoring a few TD's - FG's won't win the game...

I guess I just feel like the Pats have had numerous chances to score against a great defense, how many more are they going to get??? They didn't take advantage when they had the chances, so I think they're in a lot of trouble now. Not kicking the field goals and dropping that TD were enormous. You can't GIVE back points like that to the Jags. I knew the Jags weren't going to score much, but I expected the Pats to take advantage of their opportunities. They're obviously not doing that. I really don't see them covering the 7. You're probably right, they will probably find a way to win the game, but I wouldn't be shocked to see them lose considering the way the game is playing out. Or, knowing my luck, they will get up by 2 scores late in the game and give up a backdoor TD.

North of Titletown AKA Boston
give Brady a break. His receivers are covered like a blanket and when they aren't they are dropping it.

A couple of overthrows, but I can't see blaming Brady too much...

I wouldn't be so sure. The Pats secondary is awful and the D-line has been giving Leftwich all day to throw. If the Pats had taken advantage of all those scoring opportunities in the 1h I think it would be over, but not now. I expect their D to give up some points in the 2h.

That dropped TD at the end of the 1h was brutal. I feel for ya on that one. Maybe Brady can keep it going. He looked better on that drive but I have to think Jax's D will stiffen up. I still can't believe how many opportunities they have missed tonight. Not like the Pats at all.

UNITAS NEVER LOOKED SO SHITTY LMAO!!!!!!

Hehe... Ok, that was a good one. He certainly didn't look good on that drive. The Pats finally got some pressure on him again. I still have a very bad feeling about this game. I get the sense it could hinge on one big play...

Nice to see the Pats show up in the 2h. I would still love to know why they looked so bad in the 1h. They better not get soft on defense now that they have a big lead. I don't need another backdoor cover...

Nah, I didn't hedge Thom. I was strongly considering it because I thought the Pats looked pretty bad in the first half and I thought Jax had the momentum. But I decided not to. So far it looks good. I'm still worried about a backdoor cover though...
