Yeah, he may have played his best, but I just hate the equation that beating Federer anymore is worth anything. The guy is done as far as top notch competitive play is involved. He'll never win another major. I also don't think Raonic with his laughable draw should be applauded for doing anything special. I'm more down on the state of mens tennis these days. It's terrible over the last year or so. Outside of Djokovic and occassionally Murray there isn't much. Nadal is done, Fed is done. Even the fringe guys like Berdych, Tsonga, Ferrer, etc. They just aren't a threat to him. You never wonder in any of these majors if Djokovic will be in the final, or Murray. Find a final without one of these two in it. I'd guess Cilic/nish 2 years ago but I could be wrong. There just isn't any competetive balance anymore. There wasn't when Fed was playing in his prime either. Can't fault Raonic for beating who they put in front of him. Good for him I suppose. But if you watch tennis which I know you do he is an extremely flawed player like most of these guys. He's got a big serve, but his stamina and return game aren't there. He's also terrible at the net. Watch Murray dismantle him like he did in Flushing a few years back. It's almost embarrasing. There is zero suspense going into Sunday. NONE. THere is ZERO chance Raonic can win the match. Absolutely none. Just like there was zero chance Murray would lose today. NONE. Men's tennis has serious issues. One great player and a bunch of bums. Djokovic isn't even challenged anymore. Sure, he lost in a rain delayed ten time match after winning everything for the last two years. He'll probably win everything else for the next two years. There just isn't any rivalries or players on the same level. Djokovic, then nothing really.

I felt like I just read a post from Hedgehog......95 percent of what Bleed said is incorrect, but hey at least he got 5 percent right. Literally almost every point Bleed made above is wrong, Bleed should change his username to Bleedhog.

line was begging for Fed money. Literally begging for it. I can't put money on Raonic but I wouldn't have put a penny on the Swiss Pussy. This should be best 2 out of 3 sets because it's the 2 biggest pussies on tour playing each other. Milos will win this but then I can mortgage my 3 houses and put them on Andy on Sunday. That will be a joke. Murray will toy with the Yugoslovan for about an hour. If there was a contest for how many dicks you can fit in your mouth at one time Raonic would be world champ. The Isner or Sam Querry of the north. What a fucking loser this bum is.

Post of the Year?

his game at the net has looked extremely solid for the last 2 matches, which to me isn't surprising considering he is being mentored by one of the greatest volleyers of all time - his competitive edge was strong and again his mental game was very tough today - he said all of the right things all tourney about his goal not being a strong performance, but a win - obviously Moya is doing wonders for his brain as it relates to tennis

he really didn't serve that well today, lot of df's early and during key stretches of the match he couldn't buy a 1st serve but hung in anyway and found a way to hold without his A serve

I don't know if he will win Sunday or not but I think +300 is a little bit ridiculous - maybe Murray really is playing that well or maybe he hasn't faced anyone outside of Tsonga who took him to a 5th set

and for the record I am not holding Milos up on high for beating Fed, but I was impressed by the way he beat him - by hanging extremely tough and being positive, things that he would not have been able to do in the past - agree that for a while Milos was exactly what you called him, the Isner of Canada, weak shit basically - guess we will see if he has the ability to repeat that effort and/or sustain any kind of consistency

such grace and beauty she showed in that match. Truly the greatest American athlete man or woman of all time. What an awesome performance by an awesome lady. Props Serena. Can't wait to see what you can accomplish next. I for one am pulling for you. To overcome so much and be so dominating and graceful is such a rarity. Once in a lifetime athlete.

France is going to have Roger-Vasselins head on a stick if he blows this title for Julien.

Just sayin.
