I kind of like Brazil but it seems to me that the larger time of posession will probably go to the team that is behind. So if you think Germany will win the game then Brazil for more possession is probably a good play no?

In the "more ball possession" prop I do have a slight lean towards Brazil but unfortunately so do the bookies.
I think the line looks about right on that one.

Long time reader, First time poster on the Forum. Just wanted to know your reasoning behind taking Germany in the final?
That's is what I am thinking also, but I know the Brazilians are tough!!

Welcome to the forum.
I have had a really good run during the World Cup but as I mentioned at the start of the thread I am far from an expert on soccer.
I am expecting a close tight encounter and wouldn't be surprised to see a 0-0 1-0 1-1 type of scoreline after 90 mins.
Germany has allowed only one goal during the entire tournament which was an injury time goal by Ireland.
If the match does pan out this way then there is not going to be much in it and either one piece of brilliance or one mistake could easily be the difference.
I do think that Brazil deserves to start favourite but I feel that Germany represents the better value.

World Cup summary 29-20 (+8.41 units)
No joy with my two Germany bets but the corner prop was an easy winner after 16 corners took place.
Overall it has been a good tournament from a betting point of view and I found sticking to just one unit per play worked well for me.
A special thanks to Anders and Time to Make $$$ for their analysis during the World Cup. My knowledge of soccer is now far greater than a few weeks ago.
