Yeah especially since vaccines have boatloads of research proving their safety and success over the years

Thanks for the feedback Jenny McCarthy

That's like trusting Brandon Lang's word on his research. But of course you are in the field, so big shocker you would tow the line.

Show me reputable research that holds up to proper scientific protocol proving that vaccines are unsafe.

PS Jenny McCarthy doesn't count-

I'll be holding my breath, ignorance is bliss

lluminati the risk of getting guillain barre is higher if you get the actual swine flu than from the vaccine.

Nice job cutting and pasting though. I can sense the original thought oozing from your keyboard.

Thanks for the sarcasm,

as I cut and paste from the ACTUAL WARNING LABEL FROM THE DRUG COMPANIES VACCINE, I really couldn't come up with anything original to say about the poison that's being jammed into peoples arms.

On a side note, not many people here are taking swipes at me for the time and effort I put in when I have close to 200 posts a week of info.

That warning info is on most every vaccine bud, not unique to H1N1.

which is why when I was discharged from the ARMY and no longer FORCED to take multiple shots I have not taken anything since 2000. I still have scars on my arms from the airgun innoculations

Didn't you read where he just said the research shows they are perfectly safe?

What's the point, like talking to a wall?

Safe is a relative term.

Look at your bottle of ibuprofen...it has risks. Birth control....risks. Wanna make a hamburger...risks. Want to drive to the store..risks. There is risk with everything but you have to look at the relative safety. Agent it's good you moved into the middle of nowhere I can't imagine how you would survive in such a dangerous world unless you lived in a bubble.

You're an idiot. Ever hear of risk reward? Comparing aspirin and hamburgers to a vaccine that killed and maimed more people than the virus last time.

Just go get your jab, nobody cares. Shove your kids in front of a train while you're at it. :(

There were 25 deaths directly related to the 1976 vaccine out of millions given. Maybe 500 cases of GBS. Killed and maimed? Sensationalism at it's finest. Where do you come up with this stuff.

According to the U.S. National Weather Service, the odds of being struck by lightning -- in your lifetime -- are 1 in 5,000.

OMG don't leave your house!!!!

Again, you're a fucking idiot. I leave my house you douche bag. I just choose not to get a jab in my arm...you DO. Doesn't that make YOU the paranoid one?

Exactly what link are you trying to make by saying I don't leave my house? Where do you get this shit you retard. I think the vaccine ate your brain.

Look I don't give a shit who gets the vaccine but I can't stand ignorance when people buy into the media hype when they have absolutely NO IDEA wtf they are talking about.

40 million people received the swine flu vaccine in 1976.

There were 25 deaths: 1 death per 1.6 million

Man that sure looks like that badass vaccine "killed and maimed" as you said

Compare that to lifetime odds of these causes of death:

Heart Disease 1-in-5
Cancer 1-in-7
Stroke 1-in-23
Accidental Injury 1-in-36
Motor Vehicle Accident* 1-in-100
Intentional Self-harm (suicide) 1-in-121
Falling Down1-in-246
Assault by Firearm 1-in-325
Fire or Smoke 1-in-1,116
Natural Forces (heat, cold, storms, quakes, etc.) 1-in-3,357
Electrocution* 1-in-5,000
Drowning 1-in-8,942
Air Travel Accident* 1-in-20,000
Flood* (included also in Natural Forces above) 1-in-30,000
Legal Execution 1-in-58,618
Tornado* (included also in Natural Forces above) 1-in-60,000
Lightning Strike (included also in Natural Forces above) 1-in-83,930
Snake, Bee or other Venomous Bite or Sting*1-in-100,000
Earthquake (included also in Natural Forces above)
1-in-131,890
Dog Attack 1-in-147,717
Asteroid Impact* 1-in-200,000**
Tsunami* 1-in-500,000
Fireworks Discharge 1-in-615,488

How's about you respond with:

factual evidence to support your outrageous claims

instead of resorting to calling names and talking about shoving my children in front of trains.

Man that sure validates your argument.

And for the record, I haven't gotten the vaccine. This wasn't a discussion about that. It was a discussion about you claiming how unsafe the vaccine is and then making other ridiculous claims that are opinions and nothing more.

what a thread hijack! Hope you're still healthy, gibber.

I guess I'm considered "high risk" since I take care of sick people, but there's no way I'm getting the flu shot, and no way in hell I'm getting the swine flu shot. My kids aren't going to either.

"the bunker"
i can understand being a tad skeptical about a "new" vaccine that was fast tracked due to a legit need.....

but the anti-vax mania that we`re seeing from some groups is pretty much insane...

http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2009-05-26-whooping-cough_N.htm

people that don`t get their children vaccinated for known, preventable diseases should be forced to pay resulting medical bills out of pocket... the insurance companies should not be bound to pay for something the parents could have prevented.....
