Wrestling Von Erichs

Growing up the Von Erichs were pretty much it for me. I loved wrestling and luckily for me my father would take me to watch them anytime they were near us. Most wrestling fans know the story of Fritz and the boys but read this story this morning and it brought back memories.

I was suprised how young Kevin still looks even in his 50s.

It's amazing how much something can stay with you. I still do the iron claw, my kids hate it. LOL

Yeah I can remember Saturday nights. I didn't watch much tv when I was a kid but I made sure I watched every Saturday night. Looking back I wonder if my dad and uncle really liked watching it or just watched it with me because I loved it so much.

Welcome to the sportautorium, every sat night growing up we watched the Von Erich's and the free birds their arch nemesis, good times...I saw them in person at least 10 times as a kid

I used to watch wrestling with my brother as a kid in Detroit every Sat night. I always loved The Sheik and bobo brasil and of course Andre' The Giant :0074

Now I can't stand to watch it. :shrug:
