I have to have one sandwich about once a year.

Just had one. 3 thin slices on white bread with mustard. :0074

Liver sausage is a rich source of nutrients - read this.........

It contains significant amounts of folate, iron, vitamin B, vitamin A, and copper. Eating a single serving of liver can help you meet your daily recommended amount of all of these vitamins and minerals, reducing your risk of nutrient deficiency.

:toast:

But Jack, let's be honest, you've never been in danger of being nutrient deficient. :0074

Can you imagine how delicious that sandwich was with his hands freshly washed in Sweet Tobacco?

I was a real picky eater in High School, so I probably ate this stuff for lunch instead of the hot meals provided 2-3 times a week... It was like the alternative sandwich. .....After I graduated I probably went 25 years without eating it. now I occasionally get it and enjoy it again.

My parents ate it when I was a kid and I liked it. I used to eat it with raw onions and mustard. Try it, it's pretty good. But only one or 2 sandwiches a year. There's no set time it just feels like a year.

Yellow mustard and raw onions was how my Dad ate them and I'd have to eat them with them. Haven't had it in 40 years and haven't missed it.

Um yes, well kind of and yyz knows better. The crap you posted is garbage. Real braunschweiger made properly with natural casing is like ribeye or prime rib compared to the paper wrapped TV dinner version you posted. Give me the word and I?ll ship you the real deal.
