On the course!
Um yes, well kind of and yyz knows better. The crap you posted is garbage. Real braunschweiger made properly with natural casing is like ribeye or prime rib compared to the paper wrapped TV dinner version you posted. Give me the word and I?ll ship you the real deal.

Yes. You need to get it at a butcher's shop.

Reetz Meets in Neshkoro is awesome!

I have to have one sandwich about once a year.

Just had one. 3 thin slices on white bread with mustard. :0074

One of my favorite memories of childhood was walking with my grandmother to the neighborhood butcher shop in Appleton, Wisconsin for braunschweiger.
Still remember the first time I bought a roll of it rather than getting it at the butcher shop.

There?s a German grocery store near me that has some amazing braunschweiger :toast:

You don't happen to mean Jacob's do you?

Here is a pic of my Jacob's t-shirt. It's almost as nice as my Madjacksports t-shirt.

That?s the one! Is it still around? It?s been at least 40 years since I?ve been there. My grandparents lived on N Union Street a couple blocks south of City Park. Loved playing in that park with my brothers and cousins? it had a huge metal slide that was super fast.
I?d love to get one of those shirts if at all possible.
You live in Appleton? My grandfather worked for Kimberly Clark.

What a small world. I do live in Appleton not far from Jacobs. They are very much still around and as popular as ever. Great long time family business.

I'd be happy to get you a tshirt and anything else that you might want from Jacobs. Feel free to get my email from Jack.

Also, City Park is still a pretty great place to bring the family. We just visited a neighborhood art show there a few weeks back.

Small world indeed! And I?ll be getting your email from Jack and placing an order for some goodies from Jacobs.
Can?t imagine that huge metal slide is still in City Park but it?s great knowing that the park is still there and still as awesome as it was when I spent lots of summer days playing in it back in the 70s. Damn, I?m getting old?
