So, tonight I'm drinking Mexican Cake.
Local beer that's so fresh its born on date is May 20th.
To celebrate our first year as a brewery we brewed a serious imperial stout and aged it on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and fresh habanero peppers. This is the first offering in our annual Anniversary series. Here?s to many more!

Really like sitting at the thatch roofed beach bars in the Caribbean at nite talking with people from around the world. Everyone is friendly and interesting.

I'll drink anything except gin and scotch including all different flavors of beer but I'm just as happy sitting on my patio, grilling out, and drinking my Mickeys.
Same with food. Some people have to have a filet mignon or an $80 ribeye but I'm just as happy with a hamburger and hot dog.
