There have been many characters on this board. I've often wondered how people came up with their screen names. Many of these names are interesting and ingenious. Coming to mind are dogs that bark, fatdaddycool, cow, felonious monk, six five, yyz, handicapper, dr. feelgood, s love, stevie d, nole, the boys, joker, dr. freeze, scott from Atlanta, sausage fingers, buddy, ie, rolltide, etc.

Now those names are not interesting and ingenious but rather are boring and moronic. I'm thinking of really intriguing names.

How did you choose your screen name?

Eddie

My screen name comes from a joke when my daughter was about 4-5 years old.
When she was born I was her sole custodian/parent. I was still in the Marine Corps and had to travel often on various missions that could last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Consequently, I had to leave my daughter with my mom. As Kristyn got older she began to question what I was doing, where I was going, and why. Rather than tell her I was an envoy so to speak for the 25th MEU Scout snipers that would go to troubled lands to reach out to others, I told her I was in a gangsta rap group called fatdaddycool and the gene pool and that I had a gig. It started as a joke but stuck. To this day I still sign all her birthday cards and such as FDC. One day when she was 13 we were eating lunch at an outdoor cafe in Rome Italy. She was stabbing a ravioli with her fork when she looked at me and sarcastically asked, "So Dad, how's your band?" We just cracked up but the names been with me ever since.

Is this the daughter that was so savagely beaten a few years back, if it is I sincerely hope she is doing well and her life is back on track.
That's also a great back story on your screen name.

"Hudson" is my son's middle name. His mother and I were big Tim Hudson fan's back in the day when we were together. His A's days. We liked the name in general, but used it as the middle and gave him my grandfather's first name....Jack Hudson!

Mine is pretty self explanatory. One of the best movie characters of all-time, from The Usual Suspects.

I remember you almost getting in a fist fight for over indulging your position in your service one MJ trip. That shit happened and as a civilian have always wondered why.
