You lost to a team that was completely outclassed and outcoached by Boise State. USC is done for this year, CASE CLOSED!

USC lost to a team they gave the ball too 4 times ON THE ROAD and also gave up a punt return TD. YET USC only lost by 2pts with chance to send it into OT with 2pt conversion.

Oregon St. lost to Boise St. @BSU. OSU had 3 turnovers @BSU. OSU had ZERO offensive turnovers against USC. Big difference! No comparison.

I wonder how many BCS teams would travel to play @Boise St. ????

Has there been a BCS team this year who won a game on the road against another BCS team who turned the ball over 4 times AND gave up special teams TD? I doubt it!

CASE CLOSED!

You lose by 2pts, failing to convert a 2pt conversion to send game into OT! ;)

You turn the ball over 4 times to USC, you lose 50-14! :scared

So if USC on average wins the turnover ratio, or doesn't turn the ball over themselves, USC wins 51 of 54 games. :142smilie

try not using the word "if". it makes you sound ignorant or it makes you sound like you are from a land called OZ. (take your pick)

My data is based on facts. USC has lead the country in turnover ratio. USC has won 51 of their last 54 games. USC won the turnover ratio by wide margin @ARK and won 50-14. Arkansas who is tied for 1st in the SEC. USC turned ball over 4 times @OSU and lost by 2pts.

So if USC on average wins the turnover ratio, or doesn't turn the ball over themselves, USC wins 51 of 54 games.

IF USC turns the ball over themselves 4 times, they are most likely going to lose.

Very simple.

I wonder how many BCS team would travel into Oregon State and Lose?

The answer is NONE

The two teams that did lose there this year turned the ball over 4 times (eastern Washington) and 6 times (Idaho)

The ONE team team that DID go into ORegon State and win? Washington State, I guess they werent unfortunate enough to turn the ball over like USC, Idaho, and Eastern Washington.

Nice company huh?

The better question is............

I wonder how many BCS teams would travel into Oregon St. and come out with a win despite committing 4 turnovers and giving up a special teams TD?

I know Oregon St. travelled to LSU and lost because of 3 missed PAT's, but I doubt we will see LSU travel to Oregon St. LSU didn't turn the ball over 4 times and give up a TD on special teams. :142smilie So I guess BCS teams WON'T travel to Oregon St. :142smilie

I dont care if USC lost to Oreg State on the moon and I could care about the excuse of turnovers. FACTOID, they lost to a below average team that was minus their best offensive player in bernard. You can make all of the excuses that you want but losing to OREG ST no matter where the game is played and the turnover excuse is lame. Your talking about losing to a team that was run out of their own crib by Cal and was abslutely manhandled by Boise even after Boise spotted them 14 points.

So Cal
The season is not lost. The Rose Bowl is still very likely if they can run the table. I expected USC to lose 1 game this year...Not to the Beavers.
Trojans talent level is deeper then the rest of the country. Even if they have a 2 loss season is that so bad?

The future looks bright . Most of the team will return next season .The recruiting is
top notch.

This may be the dumbest thread ever here>>>

This may be the dumbest thread ever here>>>

SC lost, OSU outplayed my Trojans today. No matter how many turnovers there were USC did not look like a BCS Team.

SC is a step down this year. The class of the land right now is OSU-UM. After that it is wide open.

SC is experiencing growing pains. They came out and got beat. Was there comeback compelling and good to see, of course.

But lets have an honest moment: THE TROJANS ARE NOT THAT GREAT THIS YEAR. But I would hardly say they suck or as one poster said #23. More like lower Top 10. I will take it.

Lets move on.

Congrats Beaver fans and bettors

Then you obviosuly are not one to dissect a game. I look at why a team won or not. The better team doesn't always win. I doubt USC will turn the ball over 4 times to any team the rest of the season. On top of that, give up special teams TD. 2 of USC's 4 turnovers were UNFORCED turnovers. Thats big. Thats sloppy. That has nothing to do with OSU.

Oregon St. will lose 2 more games this year because they will not play flawless again all year. In the last 3 games, OSU has turned the ball over 10 tims. :scared Today OSU turned it over ZERO times. On top of OSU not turning it over, they got 4 turnovers from USC.

OSU might not ever be + turnovers again all year. Moore might not play this great all year again, he hasn't so far this season up until today.

If Oregon St. turned it over 4 times on road and gave up special teams TD and USC won 30-10, would that score be misleading? HELL YES!

Props to Oregon St. THIS IS WHY YOU PLAY THE GAME! But I would like to see Oregon St. repeat this performance again. As for USC, I doubt USC repeats this type of performance again.

I will most likely be betting against Oregon St. near future and betting on USC. Hopefully "I" can profit from this game today!

I wonder of PC ever lost to a team who lost the turnover ratio to USC? Or was even in the turnover ratio against USC?

I am shocked Oregon St. had zero turnovers today. Truly amazing. Props to Oregon St. players snapping their turnover trend against a team "historically" known for forcing turnovers. Amazing! That is why OSU won the game.
