Reports are, the 10k is due by 9/09/2009... I could have swore one of the PR's stated end of August. I have not re-read all of the PR's as I do not have time to read a novel! :nono:

SPNG: Great news! Although the masses, thought and understood the 10k to be filed after closing last night, the stock did not tank, and is holding steady. (I of course thought it was also going to be filed, and am one of the masses! ) I expect it to be green each day this week.

Next important time frame is October when the 10q comes out.

Our fiscal Q1 which occurs between June and August is typically the timeframe for winter and holiday season pre-orders from retailers. Slightly upset at my lack of discipline on this one... I got skiddish and jumped off! :sadwave:

So how did it do today:

$1.17 0.23 (24.47%) Not a lot in terms of profit due to low share amount... but ok jump.

NGHI up 5.77% (small potatoes, but I will take it!)

SPNG: Did not have sell off, was green twice today before settling 1/2 of a percent off.. I consider that very good to great day. MOving forward, have a great September.

Both our sales and net income for the year ended May 31, 2009 increased. Sales
for the year ended May 31, 2009 were approximately $50,000,000 compared to
$5,633,084 for the year ended May 31, 2008. As a result, our net profits for the
year ended May 31, 2009 also increased to approximately $11,000,000, compared to
$1,244,455 for the year ended May 31, 2008.
