I plan on letting the stock ride the wave, this is my lottery ticket stock, not to say I wouldn't sell some, but i'm going to let the court cases and or settlements play out.

ACTC's stock price got as low as .05 in the last year and now has recovered to .08--after hitting .09 in April.
