    Ask the catcher. If movement and velocity seem to indicate the pitcher is tiring, they’ll know. But pulling a pitcher with 100 pitches, 7-8 Ks and a few hits is just plain stupid management. Relievers have become so much less reliable. Maybe the answer is more first five bets.
