Not in the area but i stoped in Pagosa Springs a few times on my way out to Las Vegas over the years !! They are on te side of a mountain and really cool !

Idaho Springs is the closest place from Blackhawk (30 miles) that has a mine to tour-Argo Gold Mine and a hot springs Indian Hot Springs that I can think of. Plus there you can drive up to Mt Evans a great trip. Steamboat Springs(I will be there with family that week) is very far away.
So if I get back in time on Saturday from Steambot where will everyone be like after 4:00 pm drinking?

We should all still be on the course at 4pm, the tee times are from noon to 12:30. Oh yes , we will be drinking

Does the house that a lot of guys are staying have a grill and essentials for grilling? We should get some USDA Prime Filet Mignon or Ribeyes and baked potatoes from Costco if so and hang in after golf Thursday eating before gambling, or just go at each others leisure to restaurants. Nothing like grilling out some great meat with a bunch of grillmasters like ourselves. What does everyone think that will be there Thursday?
