The plan so far......... Joker and I are picking up Jack and Chuck at the airport Thursday. Jack, Chuck and I check in Ameristar. Then go over to the house to check in and see what the amenities are, I know they have a grill and a hot tub on the first floor. The master bath has a two person Jacuzzi......that should be fun!
Jack and I plan to go to Costco to shop for the house. Eggs, bacon, butter, sandwich meats, bread, paper products, cups, coffee and also booze, Wine, beer, water. Was thinking burgers for Thurs, not sure for Fri night but... Sat night we will have Steak tenderloin and what ever Sports has up his sleeves?
Golf for Thursday Joker, Whatshisnuts, YYZ and Chuck are playing twi light. You guys will have to car pool or take Uber. Twilight rates and you guys need to get together what time you are playing on Thursday. Fossil Trace golf course 303-277-8750....
Once we figure out how many people rented vehicles for the trip, we can car pool to the course each day or taxi

For Thursday golf, I will get a tee time ~ 3pm. Eric and I will likely play 9 before that (12:30pm ish). I can't make any tee times until 7 days out without getting charged a premium.
So, how many will have a rental car ? YYZ and I have our own vehicles and Gary has a rental? FDC is driving? We should have enough vehicles for the golf. In town Uber may be the way to go to the house and back from casino?

I had to change some plans and cancel my Ameristar Reservation as I won't be in Thursday Night. For the Ameristar Gents, they do have a 20% discount now for 2 night stays.

We fly in Wed afternoon and will have probably grab a SUV.....Not sure yet which direction we're heading but will be in Black Hawk sometime Thursday afternoon/evening.....we'll grab the bubble bath for the hot tub.....:0008
