NICE! Sweet ass place. I am a big Airbnb guy, rented one in Jan in Nashville for 8 of us 2 nights and was $1600. Would have cost about $4000 for 2 night Downtown as Nashville is now more expensive than NYC on weekends. PLUS we all got to stay in the same place, hangout together, grilled steaks, made breakfast ... none of which you can do in a hotel :0074
