maybe shouldn't post but it's in internet land anyway.

guy at 5dimes wagers 57 cents (yes 57 cents)on an 8 team pleaser 6 weeks ago and gets paid almost 4 grand when it hits instead of 400. time goes by (six weeks) and he turns that 4k into 50k or so. guy tries to w/d and tony goes off the deep end. pretty funny chat logs and such with tony and poster. tony threatens to send people to collect the money, harm him, etc. personally i don't have a dog in the fight, but did find it weird that he would threaten someone as the owner in a documented log....but it's his style and we know he doesn't like losing.

First off........wrong forum.

2nd off.........that is one funny chat:mj07:

Third off.......I think everybody knows all they need to know about Tony. I remember talking to some chick that worked at 5dimes. She said he was one giant arrogant asshole. Although I don't have to tell madjackers that. There are plenty on here that have dealt with Tony, I am sure they can tell their stories about him.

I love the part where others post about Tony and his death threats. :mj07:

Imagine how good 5dimes would be if this Tony guy wasn't in charge. :scared

Tony seems like a pleasant fella:lol:

Hard to believe anyone in his position would be stupid enough to type those things:facepalm:

UGA....he's been doing that shit for years. He sits in Costa Rica and thinks he is some drug kingpin handing out hits on various members of the population.

Must be a real pleasure working for Tony. What a great work environment it must be there. Tons of fun:142smilie

There were some guys in "off the wall" that dealt with Tony, such a pleasant fellow:142smilie

If this situation happened at say Betjamaica (when it was around) pretty much nobody would be on this guys side. But since it happened at 5dimes and that dick Tony is in charge, you don't feel bad at all.

If Tony wasn't in charge at 5dimes their profits would be much higher. There are so many people that won't play at 5dimes solely because of Tony. I know if I placed a sports bet at the Wynn casino and Steve Wynn started handing out death threats to me and my family, I don't think I'd be gambling at the Wynn ever again:lol:

If I had an account with 5D, I wouldn't pull my money out. I've always heard good things about them. One story like this wouldn't deter me.

Now, if Tony killed a dog in a Vick like manner. I'd pull that shit.

I almost deposited there at the start of NCAA football because they are a sponsor here.

I never ended up depositing anywhere simply because I remember the hassle of getting payouts from years ago. Looks like nothing has changed in the off shore business.

Jack, how do you still have this place on your site?

I wouldn't pull my money out of there either. They are still a top notch book albeit their owner is a little screwy and perhaps clinically insane.

i just found it funny how an owner can be so stupid to say the things he says. arrogant, yes.

from what i've heard, there has never been any payout problems with 5d and they have every line imaginable. they just don't like having shots taken at them i guess, and they aren't the most people friendly to put it mildly. although it really is debatable if the guy was taking a shot. a he said/she said kinda thing. i think the window to regrade the bet is over at 6 weeks, but what do i know.

because they are a solid sportsbook with no problems with payouts.

maybe tony's personal skills are not great, but he is one top-notch bookmaker.

the industry is going just fine except the usa gov't intervention, thank you very much.

I will probably be in the minority here but I don't think the guy should get paid.

He basically turned profit from stolen money. Lets be honest here if he's betting 50 cents on a parlay I highly doubt he would have dropped several grand per play unless it was 'free money'. He basically free rolled the incorrect payout.

I don't agree with Tony and his behavior but that's another topic IMO.

actually, that kinda is the topic. this never was a play or don't play at 5 dimes. they've never had a payout issue to my knowledge and besides website problems with overload, have been top notch.

i just think tony should learn to be careful what he says. i also think there is zero chance tony would send someone after someone. he's just an internet tough guy and i found that amusing and / sad.

If you consider showing someone you have their address and telling them to "sleep well, someone is coming" just fine then, yea.

Let's be honest, IE, the real answer to why they are here is, because they are willing to pay to advertise.

Ultimately I agree with you that the US gov't is to blame. Instead of creating a safe, monitored place to play that they could collect tax revenue off of we have this kind of crap to deal with.

They are a great book that had the balls to stay in the U.S. market.

Sure Tony thinks he is God, but I have played there a long time and never had any issues with him.

I am sure them being a sponsor has a part in it but does not change the fact they are a great book.

Fuck you, Dickhead. I'm sure no one needs to be told how to run their business from a failed tout.

If you don't like be advertisers, then maybe you shouldn't be posting here.
