You obviously do not oversee anyone in your job. That?s the biggest crock of shit I have ever heard. The work force today is the absolute laziest of all time. You obviously are not even close to being qualified to make this comment. Watch fuckers spending there govnt cards on steak and seafood all the time. Unreal

That?s your opinion cause you?re an old fuck too. I supervise staff myself. They deserve a living wage.

By all means, let's give everyone a "participation wage". Or, here's an idea, go get a fucking job that pays the rent!

And sitting at McDonald's drinking coffee while watching their employees isn't supervising.

There isnt a single person on this site whom you could convince you have ever supervised an employee.

Our average hourly wage is 25.40 per hour or over 52k a year.

I've found that almost doesn't matter anymore. Applicants are more interested in things like vacation time, personal time, sick days and how strict is your attendance policy.

Wages almost don't make the conversation anymore when interviewing applicants. Among my favorite questions I've been asked, by an applicant keep in mind not an employee, is "are you open to the idea of a four day work week?".

Also, "My wife is a school teacher, are summers off an option?"

It's very, very hopeless on the hiring front these days.

Had a great day in DR, played golf shot an 85 , shuttle back missed my resort completely. Had shots of rum with locals at a bar and ended up at my resort 6 hours later. Do not know why my wife was upset:shrug:
Great day overall :toast:
